Fly Away They Said

Vacation. Time to relax. Take a load off. Between flights, that's possible. But, in the five years since I last traveled, a lot has changed. Probably less than what I saw here, but the customer service is much worse than it used to be.

There were a couple places that were how I remember them, some good, some not. One was much, much worse. SF. It'd been a while since I'd been through there, eleven years to be close to exact, but the last time the staff was helpful in getting through tight layovers. This time, it seemed they preferred if you missed your next flight.

Then there was the food. Overall, I lost ten pounds on my vacation. I think that was all due to the flights.
