Ever get a stream of water under your armor?
Rain has never really bothered me. I liked its cleansing in my first life, and I've spent most of my Earth time in what are essentially deserts. Rain when it's cold outside isn't nearly as enjoyable, but neither is rain that makes rivers travel up a hill. Never seen that? It isn't uncommon for me, but that was from a time when magic was real, and not just a trick.
