What are your goals?
Not that goals will help you.
First, a little about the title. I've never liked goals. They are much too short-sighted. Some say goals you set should be attainable and realistic, and by doing so, you'll achieve these goals and feel good. I've never felt good about achieving a goal.
What I have felt good about is changing my life habits to achieve a better life. If your goal is to lose a certain amount of weight, which pretty much everyone should do, it's much better to change your life to provide better eating habits. You will still lose weight, but instead of reaching a goal and celebrated with a nice German chocolate cake, you'll just continually feel good about how your new eating habits make you feel better every day.
Instead of setting a goal, think about a change in your life that can guide you on that path. Then stay on the path.
As for this memory, I did set a goal. And, I destroyed a nation with that promise to myself. Literally. The destroy part isn't here, but there is a mystery.
I just noticed this button isn't working well. It does give you the correct link, but it doesn't scroll you down to the correct location on that page. Here's the direct link: www.aquillun.space/shoes#a-leaders-goal
